Avro Lancaster undercarriage set for the Hong Kong Model kits

This is a brass cast undercarriage set for the Avro Lancaster kits by Hong Kong Models

This is a set of brass parts that have been made by adding detail and completely re-configuring the engineering of the kit parts so that they could be cast in brass

Note you will need to clean up some casting sprue gates from the parts and the odd small brass 'inclusions' that may appear through the casting process.

For this set you do need to apply some modelling skills to ensure that there is a good fit of parts. I am sure though once all done, the effort will be rewarded for may years to come as the undercarriage will not sag or break over time on the large model.

Please not all the parts and pieces of rod shown in the first picture are supplied, BUT also note that the resin wheel is one that EDUARD do and it is not supplied in the set that I offer.

This is by far the largest set that I have produced and the full set has an all inclusive weight of more than 100 grams of brass.

Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for manufacturing. I will email as soon as I have shipped the parts.
