English Electric Lightning replacement canopy set for 1/32 Trumpeter kit

Replacement canopy set for the 1/32 Lightning for Trumpeter kit.
This is a canopy set developed from the kit parts. The size and the shape of the canopy has been retained, avoiding for tricky changes to be made to the fuselage and or any cockpit parts.
However the canopy frame work has been redone to totally change and reform the look of the canopy and screen. The frame work is now much wider with the ‘side window’ panels being a lot more true to shape and size and therefore helps reduce the fat blown look of the kit canopy.
A set of masks are provided, as are some 3D printed canopy side locks, the internal rear canopy liner and a canopy mirror. The locks and mirror have spares provided.

Remove from the casting stubs with sharp fine, razor saw, sharp blade scribing, or a cutting disc on a rotary tool.
When attaching to the fuselage, even when using super glue the parts will not bloom like plastic parts. However still do take care.
