Improved Typhoon canopy set for the SINGLE SEAT 1/32 Revell kit
This set was requested by a customer who had cracked his kit part and was struggling to remove the seam line, The crack on the main canopy section can be seen in the one picture, when I started to rework the kit canopies.
The kit canopies are quite fragile and the lower edge is exceptionally thin, I have had to add a thin section of flash to these edges so care is needed to remove these.
No changes have been made to the canopies so all masks and or other accessories should work fine.

Please do note clear resin DOES NOT fog with superglue like styrene parts, but care is still needed.

These clear resin parts can be buffed with normal buffing sponges and shiners sold by many vendors, nail bars and modelling companies.
Recently I have found that the Micro-mesh branded products are very good in polishing up these cast canopies.
It is best not to use aggressive sanding materials, other than where to assist in trimming the casting material.
Also use you favourite, clear dipping liquid to enhance clarity if desired.

Due to the size of the parts, although very light they will need to be shipped as a small parcel and not as a large envelop.
