This is a brass cast wing strut set for the Fokker E.V / DVIII by MikroMir

As many knows this is a great little aircraft but due to the parasol wing and fragile undercarriage this makes it a tricky build in any scale.
I have taken the kit parts and lengthened the small end pins and I have joined the front struts to make a tripod. The small raised location points under the wing need to be removed and holes drilled in the same position to accept the new struts.
Assembled pictures show the fit but as can be seen I have only done a test of parts with tape and some PVA glue, so at sometime I can still build my model.

Note you will need to clean up some casting sprue gates from the parts and the odd small brass 'inclusions' that may appear through the casting process.
