Phantom undercarriage set for Revell Phantom

This is a brass cast undercarriage set for the Revell Phantom. The nose wheel is a completely new master, and the main undercarriage parts have been modified. The main struts have been shortened by 3mm from advise given on reviews and modellers on Large Scale Planes, stating that the model sits at the incorrect angle with the kit supplied parts.

All three parts drop in as a replacement parts, some kit parts will still be used but these new parts will offer better detail and strength. Once you add a few bits of piping and hoses to the nose strut the set will be a great improvement to your kit.

As an addition I have done a further resin set that will improve the undercarriage doors on the kit, these are sold as a separate set, however the two sets do NOT have to be used together, it is up to the modeller to decide.

Note you will need to clean up some casting sprue gates from the parts and the odd small brass 'inclusions' that may appear through the casting process.
